THE PASSES

This year, we have four types of passes to access the activities and content of the Festival. Each pass has a different price depending on the activities it grants access to.

Here is a brief summary of the benefits and costs of each pass for the 2025 edition of the festival. At the end of the text, you can find an image with a comparative table.

Campus Pass

This pass grants access to all screening programs (feature films and short films), some masterclasses and panels at the Campus Forum, and all the content of La Feria, including activities such as showcases, drawing sessions, informal portfolio reviews, and mass mentorships (according to the dynamics of each activity). It also allows you to request access to open workshops*.

Price: $1000 MXN 1 Day | $2500 MXN Full Event

* Note: Workshops have limited spots as they are for small groups, and access is granted based on specific selection mechanics detailed in the article Workshop Access. Similarly, conference spaces are limited, but you can reserve a spot for those that interest you most. The reservation process is explained in this article.

Creator Pass

This pass includes all the benefits of the Campus Pass, plus access to Conferences and Masterclasses at the Creator Forum, both in person and online until September 30*. It also allows you to apply for “Coffee with...” sessions and all Workshops** (including professional workshops). Additionally, you can publish your profile and portfolio in the participants/creators section so other festival attendees can view your work and you can also apply to the recruitment system.

Price: $1800 MXN 1 Day | $4500 MXN Full Event

* Note: The online access included in this pass covers almost all talks held at the Creator Forum and Campus Forum unless stated otherwise in the activity description.

** Note2: Workshops and “Coffee with...” sessions are for small groups, so access is very limited. Spots are assigned based on specific selection mechanics detailed in the article Workshop Access. Likewise, conferences have limited spaces, but you can reserve a spot in those that interest you most. The process is explained in this article.

Online Pass

This pass grants online access to a selection of conferences, both live and on-demand, until September 30. This pass does not include in-person access to the festival.

Price: $2000 MXN

* Note: The online access included in this pass covers almost all talks held at the Creator Forum and Campus Forum unless stated otherwise in the activity description. However, in past years, some speakers have decided at the last minute not to allow their presentation to be streamed online (in these cases, only their face is shown, even if they reference slides). While this is rare (in 2024, only 5 out of 56 scheduled conferences were affected), it is important to be aware of this possibility before purchasing an Online Pass.

Market Pass

This is not a VIP pass—holders must still follow the registration mechanics for activities, just like any other pass. It is designed for producers, studio owners, and creators interested in promoting their properties and services. The pass includes all the benefits of the Creator Pass, plus access to the market lounge for meetings, two networking lunches, and two networking dinners with guests and delegates. It guarantees five pre-scheduled B2B meetings with executives and the opportunity to arrange additional meetings through the Matchmaking team.

Price: $950 USD Full Event

IMPORTANT: No discounts, promotions, or upgrades apply to the Market Pass. It can only be purchased via PayPal (no bank deposits or wire transfers), and the number of passes is very limited (they sell out quickly).

Here is a comparative table of the benefits of each pass.
