HOW TO MAKE AN UPGRADE

If you want to upgrade your pass, the instructions are:

  1. You must have the pass you want to grow assigned to an account. In the case of a promotional code, the code must be redeemed.

    • To assign a pass the process is very simple: In the upper right menu you will find the option "My Passes". There you will see each pass you have purchased and a button that says “Assign”. Enter your email if it is for you, or the emails of the users to whom you are going to assign them (they must already be registered in the system). Then confirm the operation.
    • To redeem a code, go to the main page and press the option “Buy Accreditations”, and press the yellow box that says Do you have a code? IMPORTANT: The pass will be assigned to the account with which you have entered the system.
  2. If you already have the pass assigned to your account, go to “My passes” (in the upper right menu). Locate the pass you want to upgrade, and choose the "Upgrade" option.

  3. Indicate to what level you are going to grow your pass.

  4. Choose your payment method. For payments outside of Mexico, only the Paypal option is available.

    • You will be sent to said platform to complete the payment. As soon as Paypal confirms your pass, it will have changed for the one you chose.
