PORTFOLIO REVIEW AND RECRUITMENT
You can download a graphic manual with instructions for scheduling portfolio reviews here.
Portfolio review and recruitment sessions can be scheduled by delegates with a market pass, or by sponsors or guests attending the festival specifically for portfolio reviews or recruitment.
The instructions for publishing specific profiles and reviewing portfolios are basically the same. The only difference is that, for those with a market pass, the system automatically allows them to publish profiles and schedule portfolio review sessions (or assign someone to do so), while for sponsors or guests, they must first register at elfestival.mx website and then email atlaspixelatl@gmail.com to enable the option.
Here are the instructions for each case:
If you have a market pass
- Log in to elatlas.mx with the same email and password where you have your pass assigned.
- If you haven’t already done so, complete your company profile (or if it already exists, select it and ask the person who created it to validate you as a recruiter or administrator).
- If you want someone else from your company to review portfolios, make sure they are registered on elfestival.mx or elatlas.mx, and ask for the email they used to register. Then go to "My Company" and look for the "Members" section. There you can add them and assign the "Recruiter" role.
- Once the company profile exists and/or the responsible person has the recruiter profile, the "Recruitment" option will appear in the main menu. In this section, they can create profiles, set interview schedules, and review the portfolios of all applicants to assign an interview or decline the request (you can review the graphic manual above for more details).
If you are a sponsor or guest
- Log In to elatlas.mx with the same email and password with which you registered on the festival website.
- Email atlaspixelatl@gmail.com to inform them of the email you used to register and request to be assigned the recruiter status.
- In the top right menu, you will see the "Add Company" option. Select it to register your company. You will need to provide the name and a brief description, as well as a logo. You can also add a reel if you think it’s necessary.
- Once your company profile is created, the "Portafolios Review" option will appear in the main menu. In this section, you can create profiles, set interview schedules, and review the portfolios of all applicants to assign an interview or decline the request (you can review the graphic manual linked above for more details).
