CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

If you decide to cancel your pass for any reason, here is our refund policy for requesting a reimbursement.

  1. For Campus and Creator passes, cancellation must be requested before badges are printed, that is, no later than Monday, November 2. If the request is made after this date, there will be no refund.
  2. Due to additional costs we incur with suppliers, for the Market Pass, the deadline to cancel a pass with a refund is three weeks before the event (in this case, October 20).
  3. To request cancellation with a refund, you must send an email to info@pixelatl.com before the dates mentioned above, indicating your user email address in the system and attaching a screenshot of the email you received when purchasing the pass (we need the order number shown there). If you cannot find the email, you can also find the order number in the "My Purchases" section (in the menu in the upper-right corner of the portal). Please take a screenshot showing the purchase order number and send it with your email so we can locate it in the system.
  4. Once the cancellation has been confirmed, the pass will be revoked in our system within 24 to 48 hours. If the user had reserved spots in any activities, there is no way to transfer those registrations to another user, and they will be lost.
  5. If payment was made through the PayPal platform, the refund will be issued through the same method. We will try to process it within the same timeframe as the pass cancellation, but please keep in mind that, with the Festival so close, it may take us a little longer. Please be patient.
  6. If payment was made in cash, there will be a $46 MXN bank processing fee, and the refund will be issued during the week following the Festival (in this case, starting November 16).

Please keep in mind that we are a small team managing a very complex event with the participation of many people, so we ask for your patience throughout the process, especially as the Festival draws closer.

We are sorry that you will not be able to attend the Festival, but under no circumstances do we want this to affect you financially. If it takes us a little while to respond, it is certainly not intentional: we are doing everything we can, but during the days of the Festival it becomes materially impossible for us to respond quickly to these requests.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at info@pixelatl.com.
