Esteban Lora directs the Technology and External Services programs at XBOX, with responsibility for business strategy, middleware licensing, and collaboration with video game technology partners and external development studios that support Microsoft's portfolio of first-party productions. He also co-founded XBOX Game Camp, a global initiative dedicated to expanding access and supporting the next generation of video game development talent.
