This year we will also have portfolio reviews for recruitment by delegates attending the festival market. Companies have already published the profiles they want to interview. You still have time to participate!

How to participate in this activity

Any pass can participate, but it must first be assigned to your account, and then follow these steps:

1. You must have your profile on elatlas.mx and have works published in the “Portfolio” section. It is very important to have works that recruiters or mentors can review. If you have never uploaded a portfolio to elatlas.mx, here are the basic steps:

   • Log in to elatlas.mx with the same email and password you use on elfesival.mx
   • Complete your profile with basic information, and customize the header image and your avatar. Choose a tagline that describes your main qualities.
   • IMPORTANT: To apply for interviews, you must add works in the “Portfolio” section. The works should showcase your skills and abilities.
   • For each work you upload, don’t limit yourself to the main image: you can show stages of the process, or even a reel (previously hosted on Vimeo or YouTube).
   • Don’t forget to include the software you used in each work: some companies are looking for people who use specific software.

2. Once your profile is created, go to the homepage of elatlas.mx and click on “El Festival 2025” (upper right corner of the page). In this section you’ll find a list of companies and creators who have published the profiles they want to review.

3. Enter each profile to check the details, and for those that best match the skills and abilities shown in your portfolio, select “Request Review.”

4. The mentor or recruiter will review the portfolios of applicants for each profile and schedule appointments with those who best match the published profile for an in-person review.

5. If you are among the selected, you will receive an email with the date and time of the in-person review. You can check the status of all your requests in the corresponding section of the dropdown menu on elatlas.mx.

All interviews will take place at Ciudad Creativa Digital during the festival. Don’t be late for your appointment. Good luck!
