Next week the Comfama Animation Festival and Market will take place in the community of El Retiro — and we’ll be there!

The festival is a relatively new event (this is its third edition), but it has been gaining relevance over the years. And as we previously mentioned in our logbook, this year we are collaborating with them on the market, the Pitch call, and several additional activities.

The event includes a market section focused on boosting industry development and business opportunities for participating studios, as well as a festival program featuring screenings open to the public, including both animated feature films and short films from around the world, work-in-progress presentations, conferences, pitch dynamics, an animation companies expo, a videogame and interactive area, parties, and concerts.

For this edition, Dinamita Animación was responsible for developing the visual identity and promotional short film, which you can watch on Comfama’s and Dinamita’s social media channels. They will also present a conference about the making of this beautiful piece, along with other activities showcasing their works in progress.
