Executive Production Workshop

For several years now, it has been clear that, as a creative community, we need more professionals specialized in organizing and managing talent and resources to develop more and better animated productions. In recent years, we have held workshops aimed at strengthening these skills, such as the short workshop on financing for animated projects held in 2023, and the production workshop organized in collaboration with the Annecy Festival in 2024.

While developing those workshops, we worked together with some of our partners to design a longer-term course aimed at providing tools and learning experiences through case studies for members of the community interested in specializing in production.

The course is structured into three modules (the final one being a specialization module, where participants may choose to focus on either line production or executive production).

Finally, thanks to the support of COECYTJAL, we were able to make the program financially viable at a more accessible cost for all interested participants. And today, with great pride, we launch the open call for those interested in applying and taking advantage of this opportunity.
