Animated film director and photographer | Mexico

Winner of 4 Ariel Awards (from the Mexican Film Academy), and member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (United States).

She graduated from Plastic Arts and Audiovisual Media at the University of Guadalajara and the University of Audiovisual Media (CAAV) in Jalisco, Mexico.

She is the Director of the award-winning short films Lluvia en los ojos and Eclosión, and was co-director of The Eighth Day, The Creation and Zimbo.

She is director of photography and art on Mutatio, Heart Workshop, Los Aeronautas and Tío.

Her work has been an official selection in more than 50 national and international festivals. She is a founding partner and creative director at Outik and Humanimalia studio. She has additionally collaborated with studios such as Mackinnon & Saunders and Warner Bros. Animation.

She also served as Head of Camera (Lighting camera person) in the Second Unit of * Pinocchio * by Guillermo del Toro and * Mark Gustafson *, made in Taller del Chucho.
