Women in animation have always lagged behind due to the machismo and patriarchal structure that characterizes our society.

But what happens when these women reach leadership positions, when the ranks of production departments are full of women, when chats arise in work teams to give space to the female voice exclusively.

We characterize ourselves for caring, for being organized, for creating linear work structures that are different from the classic ones, for innovating since they did not share with us how it was done, we seek our own paths and this gives life to different animated productions under female perspectives.
