With over two decades in the audiovisual industry, Silvina has been a driving force in Latin American animation development. As Deputy Manager of Animation at INCAA (Argentina's Film Institute), she led key initiatives to advance Argentine animation. From 2016 to 2024, she served as Director of Animation! at Ventana Sur, Latin America's audiovisual market. As a specialized animation producer, her projects have earned recognition at prestigious international festivals worldwide. She is currently Director of the Quirino Awards, the leading event that unites the Ibero-American animation industry through talent recognition and business development.
