Martha Sepulveda

Senior Development Executive, CAKE Entertainment | Colombia/Canada

Martha Sepulveda was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia, but has called Toronto, Canada her home for the past 18+ years. She holds a BFA in animation from the Savannah College of Art and Design.

Martha joined CAKE in 2022 and leads the creative development on a number of shows on the CAKE slate, with creators from around the world and in particular those from North and South America.

Martha has over 15 years of international experience in kids’ media development and production, working with award-winning companies including Sinking Ship Entertainment, Breakthrough Entertainment and most recently, 9 Story as Senior Director of Development. Martha is known for actively creating change about diverse content, and authentic representation in front of, as well as behind the screen.
