"Find the fun" is a term used for the first part of a game's pre-production, where the goal is to create a prototype that validates whether the game you want to make is actually fun and helps determine if the game has the potential and solidity to move into production.
According to many game studios around the world, "find the fun" is the most difficult and chaotic stage of production, and many projects don't survive it.
The purpose of this talk is to showcase some best practices to try to improve the process and achieve a successful outcome in pre-production.
