Jason Lust

Producer Jason Lust was the founding partner of Circle of Confusion, ran the Jim Henson Company's feature film division, had a producing partnership with Animal Logic and now heads up his own company, Jason Lust Productions.

Jason has set-up and produced a wide variety of movies and tv series during his career. Most recently a legacy Japanese IP with Heyday Films and Warner Brothers, another Japanese IP, Hellsing, with Derek Kolstad writing and 12 Days of Christmas with Steph Curry which are both at Amazon Studios. Lust also has a joint venture with Altitude Studios with multiple family and YA projects in development including a legacy Japanese IP. Lust was the lone Executive Producer on Guillermo Del Toro's Pinnochio and The Peter Rabbit franchise for Sony as well as Disney's Alexander and The Terrible Horrible No Good Very Bad Day. While partnered with Animal Logic, Lust developed The Shrinking of Treehorn, Ron Howards first animated film at Netflix, Astro Boy (Sony); Fortunately the Milk (Neil Gaiman) and others.

He is also working on an animated series presently with JJ Abrams's Bad Robot and Warner Brothers as well as one with WIIP. The future of animation is undeniable and Jason Lust Productions intends to continue to make its mark here.
