Alejo Schettini

Director of TV series Dos Pajaritos | Uruguay

Between 2000 and 2005 he worked as animation director in La mano que mira, a Tv show dedicated to disseminating the work Latin American animators and cartoonists.

In 2005, he founded Palermo Estudio with Alfredo Soderguit and Claudia Prezioso. Between 2009 and 2012 he works as animation director of the feature film AninA.

In 2013 he worked as animation director for the short film Noctiluca by Juan Carve. In 2014 he directed the animation for the series Anselmo wants to know produced by Tarkio Films. In 2016, with Germán Tejeira, he directed the short film Irma for Palermo Estudio and Raindogs Cine. In 2017 he works as animation director of the series La orquestita of the production company Chucho.tv

Between 2018 and 2020 he co-directs the series 2 pajaritos by Palermo Estudio.

In 2021 he wins the promotion fund of the Uruguayan Film Institute and makes Peregrino (Animated Short Film)
