Valentina is her first animated feature film as director. Since its recent release, it has won the Goya Award for Best Animated Film and the Film Critics Medal and was nominated for the Quirino Awards.

As producer and executive producer she has substantial experience producing a number of award-winning animation and live action features and shortsfilms, but also TV programmes and documentaries. The editorial line of this professional is primarily films which include some animation and fantastical elements and which are aimed at a wide range of audiences from children to adults. She worked with different production companies until 2007 that she founds Abano Producións. She has just released the feature film by Alberto Vázquez: Unicorn Wars and is currently producing Isabel Herguera’s film: El Sultana’s Dream, and developing the feature film by Simón Casal, Artificial Justice.
