Alberto Rodríguez

He began his career as an assistant director in the early 1990s with different production companies, making commercials and collaborating on independent audiovisual projects.

At the beginning of the year 2000, he joined Canal Once as Production Coordinator. In 2004 he joined the Anima Estudios team as an editor and collaborator on various animation projects, including his role as director on multiple episodes of the first two seasons of * El Chavo Animado *.

In 2009 he directed his first animated feature film: * AAA, the movie *, followed by * La Leyenda de la Llorona * and three other sequels to the “Leyendas” franchise, in which he was also screenwriter.

In 2020 he directed * La liga de los 5 *, and has subsequently collaborated with Ánima Estudios and its subsidiary in Spain Anima Kitchen, where he recently participated in the animated series * Cleo y Cuquín *.
